We have received regular updates on Garrett's progress and things are moving along as smoothly as can be expected. He's breathing on his own, and the tubes are starting to be removed bit by bit. Now that he's more alert, and expresses his emotions more effecively, his parents are having a tough time seeing him in pain, and understandably so. Blaine and Stacey expressed their sincere thanks for all of the support they have received from everyone. Thanks to everyone who is keeping Garrett in their prayers. Garrett has got a long road still ahead of him and like I've said before, every word helps. For anyone who has the means to do so, there are trust funds set up at both the Luseland Credit Union and the Royal Bank in Luseland to help out with the mounting expenses that nobody in Thrun's situation would have been be prepared for.
