This evening I received an email update and it seems Garrett is getting worse instead of better. He feels awful with headaches and vomiting worsening. His doctors have attempted to relieve some pressure using a spinal tap but the last attempt was unsuccessful. The tumor that Garrett had is a nasty one, not the usual tumor, and therefore will be hard to treat. His parents have been told that Garrett will have to undergo both chemotherapy and radiation therapy to shrink the tumor left in his head. He's going to need strength to pull through all of that and his Mom says he's not there yet. So please say a few words tonight before bed and every night until this little guy pulls through.
